Capability Portfolio Management (CPM) Mandate (26 Sep 06 DAWG) MISSION: Establish capability portfolio management, responding to Department leadership, that delivers integrated joint C2 capabilities, improves interoperability, identifies and captures efficiencies, reduces capability redundancies and gaps, and increases joint operational effectiveness.
