The list begins on page two of this memorandum with charter schools and page five with districts. The list shows the uploaded date for both the hearing notice and a proposed budget. This memorandum supersedes Memorandum 07-041, dated February 23, 2007. If you published in a newspaper of general circulation or mailed the information to each household in the school district, this memorandum does not apply to you, nor does memorandum 07-041. The attached affidavit of publication does not need to be returned to ADE. It is for your records only.
