Cybersecurity R&D Programme Establishment of a National Cybersecurity R&D programme, involving key agencies MHA, MINDEF, IDA, EDB, NSCS, CSA and NRF The programme will: Cybersecurity Develop R&D expertise in cybersecurity for Singapore; R&D Programme Coordinate and prioritise R&D efforts in cybersecurity across agencies (a Whole-of-Government Approach); and Provide a common platform for R&D collaboration among agencies, academia, research institutes and industry, locally and internationally. 27
