Description This course is an intense review designed to assist the physician in updating his/ her knowledge by presenting practical information that can be used in the office. It is oriented toward physicians who maintain an active outpatient and inpatient practice. Concise presentations will be accompanied by a CD syllabus. Workshops and seminars are available for more in-depth learning in selected areas. Learning Objectives As a result of participating in this continuing education activity attendees will be able to: Apply information from presented topics to their practice. Properly diagnose and manage patients who have problems in these areas. Utilize successful test-taking techniques. It will begin with a lecture/discussion using photographs and videos to demonstrate a step-by-step approach for treatment of common lesions that responds well to these procedures. This workshop will provide family physicians with knowledge and skills to effectively use electrosurgery and cryosurgery to treat skin lesions in their practice.
