Data Definitions Date Format All dates should be formatted as "YYYY-MM-DD". XML version Element The XML version element should be identical to the value in the current schema downloaded from www.anccmagnet.org. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> Report Element The Report element is the wrapper for the entire XML file and defines the file as a report to the DDCT system. Embedded in the Report element are the following attributes: xmlns:xsi http://www.w3.org/2001/xmlschema-instance xmln:xsd http://www.w3.org/2001/xmlschema VersionStamp use the value listed in the current schema xmlns http://ancc.org/ddct/import Organization Element The Organization element provides details about the organization. Each report must have one and only one organization element.
