SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 2017-18 The following scholarships and awards are representative of those available to Crescenta Valley High School seniors. These opportunities are offered by the school, by community organizations and businesses, and by state and national associations. As noted below, the selection process varies. Sometimes it is based on direct application to an organization; sometimes it is determined by competition; sometimes an interview is the deciding factor; sometimes the scholarship committee makes the selection; and at other times the faculty or department recommends a candidate. An interested senior may pick up a Crescenta Valley High School scholarship application in the Administration or Counseling Offices. Based on the information provided on the scholarship application, the committee is able to match applicants with the criteria stipulated by the donor of the award.
