Message from Joseph Saladino Town Supervisor Dear Friends, I am pleased to announce that the Town of Oyster Bay has scheduled our workshops for the spring of 2018. Our workshops, which provide varied programs for children and adults, cover a broad range of interests. The Department of Community and Youth Services, through the Cultural and Performing Arts Division, takes pride in presenting educational and informative workshops in art, music, fitness and more. I am confident there will be a class that will pique your interest. This spring, our classes will be offered at our Town of Oyster Bay Community Center located at the Syosset-Woodbury Park in Woodbury. Bring a separate check for materials fee to the first class. Email: All correspondence is conducted via email. If accepted into a class, you will be notified via email prior to the first class. Be sure to include your email, clearly printed, on the registration form as this is the ONLY way we will communicate with you. Changing Instructors: In rare instances, instructors may be subject to change. Non-Transferable Registration: Your registration in a workshop is non-transferable. Refunds: Participants will receive a full refund for the following two reasons only: 1. Participants will receive a full refund if a selected class does not materialize. 2. Participants will receive a full refund if a selected class is over-subscribed. Make-Up Sessions: Make-up sessions will be added in the event a session is cancelled. Registrations will be time-stamped upon receipt in Town Hall South, Department of Community and Youth Services and honored on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event a workshop is registered to capacity, TOB residents will receive first preference. Mail-In Registration Registration forms are located on the following page. Please use one form per course, per person. You may duplicate form if necessary. Attach a separate check for each workshop, per individual. Please be sure to include the workshop number on all checks.
