Reference Guide and Calendar of Events FAMILY DAY 2017 Friday, November 3 Downtown Terre Haute First Friday 5:00 pm 8:00 pm Visit the various business, galleries, and restaurants in the downtown area. Barnes and Noble bookstore partners with ISU and will be hosting a special activity. Sycamore Basketball 7:00 pm Hulman Center Watch an exhibition game between our Sycamores and Marian University. Tickets available through the Hulman Center Ticket Office. Please note that ISU students will attend the game at no charge just by showing their Sycamore ID card. Sycamore Cinema Presents The Lion King 8:00 pm Dede I Come and enjoy the movie, popcorn and fun! Children are welcome. Saturday, November 4 (Pick and choose from the variety of events that YOUR FAMILY wants to attend) PARKING ON CAMPUS: Parking lots are open on Saturday no need for any type of pass. There are construction sites on campus (4th street is partially closed) that will need to be taken into consideration when parking. West Visitors Lot will not be available due to another special event. Cost of the brunch: Adults (12 and over) Brunch is $7.80 plus tax.55 = $8.35 Children 3-11 $3.90 plus tax.27 = 4.17 Under 3 no charge. WWII Heroes is a book of personal stories of 65 WWII veterans as well as the stories of 10 ladies and gentlemen from the Evansville, IN area that worked in the factories making war products and planes. There is also a story from a local Terre Haute resident, Liz Ford, who was a child living in Germany during the war.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Locust Street, Wabash Avenue or Ohio Boulevard to Brown Avenue PARKING: There is not reserved parking for Family Day. Please follow the signage to park off of Locust Street or 34th Street. Please note there is a fair amount of walking from parking lot to stadium. STADIUM: There are several steps to climb to sit in bleachers. SEATING: The tickets are for general seating not reserved. Accommodations for those in wheelchairs are located in the east end zone and a small area by the bleachers.
