Please wear your nametags, for this serves as your ticket to meals and events. ++Continuing Participants are requested to attend marked (++) activities. ** Spouses of new Participants are welcomed at these (**) events. Saturday, 5 August - Monday, 7 August Hale Hālāwai During the Peak Times of arrivals Afternoons (Sunday & Monday) Meet in the front of Hale Hālāwai Airport Pickup / Hospitality & Reception Team ++** Designated drivers to pick up new arrivals. Hospitality Team members available during peak times to help at the reception table at Hale Hālāwai and will try to ensure that new participants have food for their first day, receive their orientation packets and information, sign up for shopping trips, housing tours and optional excursions.
