AM I ELIGIBLE? 2-year MA + PhD students enrolled in a degree program at CEU are eligible regardless of their nationality can go abroad with Erasmus during and after studies at CEU 1-year MA students only eligible for internship mobility within 12 months after their graduation submit application before graduation while enrolled active status!
WHERE CAN I GO? A Higher Education Institution in a Programme Country or Any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth. For example: a public or private, a small, medium or large enterprise (including social enterprises); a public body at local, regional or national level; a social partner or other representative of working life, including chambers of commerce, craft/professional associations and trade unions; a research institute; a foundation; a school/institute/educational centre (at any level, from pre-school to upper secondary education, and including vocational education and adult education); a non-profit organisation, association, NGO; a body providing career guidance, professional counselling and information services;

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I GET? 600 EUR/month for Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom 550 EUR/month for Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Luxemburg, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, The Netherlands and Turkey 500 EUR/month for Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Romania and Slovakia
IMPORTANT INFO Duration: first day last day the student is required to be at their place of traineeship 12 months in total, including any previous Erasmus mobility Students undertaking an 'after graduation mobility' must apply during their enrolled active status and sign their grant contract before their graduation During studies internship mobility: must have enrolled active status during the mobility until return
IMPORTANT INFO Zero Grant: Same rights, obligations and benefits as granted Erasmus students, but no payment. You can choose your country of nationality/permanent residence documentation required After graduation internship must be completed within 12 months after the graduation date! All internships must be completed by 30 September 2018 the latest

I WANT TO GO ON ERASMUS INTERNSHIP! WHAT SHOULD I DO? 3. Prepare and submit your application package to CEU Erasmus Office.
APPLICATION PROCESS? 1. Fill out and submit the online Application Form 2. Upload all required documents (make sure to have signed where necessary) Application Statement Learning Agreement for Traineeship Motivation Letter CV Transcript of Records (Unofficial copy accepted) 3. Make sure that you original Letter of Recommendation have been sent to the Erasmus Office 4. Applications must be submitted not later than April 30, 2017 Applications received after the deadline, emailed applications and incomplete applications will not be considered
SELECTION PROCESS The selection process and decisions for Erasmus exchange are executed by CEU s Scholarship Advisory Committee. The Committee will send the final list of selected students for study exchange to CEU Erasmus Office in June 2017.
SELECTION PROCESS 40 points: your GPA x 10 10 points: beyond classroom activities voluntary work, publications, articles, activities, presentations related to your present CEU studies 20 points: quality of your motivation letter 30 points: relevancy of your chosen internship to your CEU studies and future career from academic, professional and personal point of view 5 points: first time participants 5 points: if you choose a country different from your country of permanent residence TOTAL: 110 points
