REGISTRATION INFORMATION Mode of Registration, Fee payment and Issuance of Hall Tickets Offline Registration Paper Application Mode : 1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed test fee in cash, two passport size photographs and a copy of Student s Aadhaar Card. Your Hall Ticket will be issued to you in person. 2. You may also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with two passport size photographs and a copy of Student s Aadhaar Card to the nearest FIITJEE Centre and in this case, your Hall ticket will be e-mailed to You. Students already enrolled in a FIITJEE Non-Classroom Program {Study Material Program / Test Series Program / Grand Masters Package (GMP) / Rankers Test Papers File (RTPF)} should attach a copy of their enrollment receipt. Students registered for a previous FIITJEE Test should attach a copy of their previous hall ticket. Following this, an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically and the username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. In case, a Student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship (excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrollment - (initial scholarship amount availed + cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount will be refunded after the realization of payment of the last installment of Program Fee. NOTE2 Students can claim Scholarships based on their performance in any Competitive / Scholastic Exams, only if they have appeared in the respective Competitive / Scholastic Exam before the Batch Commencement (other than any early joining academic benefits) at FIITJEE and these Students are not eligible for FIITJEE Rewards for the Competitive / Scholastic Exam through which he / she has already availed the Scholarship. SCHOLARSHIPS ON FIITJEE PROGRAMS based on Scholastic Achievements NOTE5 The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MSCE / KVPY / Olympiads should be verified / attested by the Principal of the school last attended / presently studying or Gazetted Officer. NOTE6 Student claiming scholarship under X / XII Boards performance need to deposit the photocopy of the marksheet (while showing the original Marksheet also) latest by 15th September 2018, after which no application will be entertained. The Scholarship amount will be paid after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee. NOTE7 The Scholarship amount will be paid to the Student through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only. No application for issuing of cheque in favour of parent / guardian will be entertained. NOTE8 In case, a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab to ensure that he / she does not have any undue advantage over a Student taking the test for the first time. NOTE9a The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi. For Physically Disabled : The benefit will be given to those candidates who have at least 40% permanent physical disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / whole body etc. for any category of disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing).
