Chief Development Officer Development 8am-5pm (evening and weekend hours and attendance at public functions will be required) Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required. Certificate in Fundraising Management or CFRE preferred. Seven to ten years direct demonstrated experience in development which includes a strong understanding, and oversight experience in the development processes, in the areas of acquisition, annual fund, foundation and corporate relations, major gifts, planned gifts, stewardship, and development data and record keeping. Must have experience working directly with board and community volunteers as well as experience in building short and long-range development plans that will complement the strategic direction of the organization. Experience in relationship management processes, volunteer coordination and data management is necessary with some experience in major gifts fundraising a plus. Strong management skills and demonstrated track record in developing work plans and managing a team of professionals is necessary. Experience with Blackbaud s Raiser s Edge database important. Three years experience and skill in social service programs with preference given to those who have worked with young adults aging out of foster care or worked with young adults in community programs. Two years supervision experience required. Manage The LIFE Project Case Managers to ensure quality services to clients and compliance with the contract. Work with program clients to assist them in meeting their goals leading toward independent living. Implement and support group programming to address the social and emotional needs of the young adults relating to changes necessary for achievement of individual goals.
Hours Tutor Residential Part Time Days College degree required. A concentration in education is preferred. A teaching certificate is required. Direct experience working with youth required. Experience with youth in an educational environment is preferred. The Tutor is responsible for helping children and youth in a residential setting with academic work after school and for communicating with the children s teachers about homework and other academic needs. The work schedule is Monday Thursday and follows FWISD school calendar. Hours are typically 2:00pm 6:00pm but may vary based on attendance at school meetings or other tutoring responsibilities during the school day. Family Home Supervisor Residential Wedgwood Campus M-F; 8am-5pm (occasional nights and weekends) Bachelor s degree in the human services field required. Minimum of two years experience in residential or child placing care. Responsible for the supervision of direct care residential staff, monitoring day-to-day operations of the group home, and providing case management and transition planning services to assist families in developing goals that lead toward family preservation or alternative placement. Must be able to recognize family strengths and developmental needs of children and families. Must be able to work cooperatively with clients, other ACH Child and Family Services Staff and staff from other agencies. Must demonstrate solid leadership skills including strong time-management, conflict management, and motivation skills.
Housing Supervisor Behavioral Care 8a-5p (flexible) High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree in social work or related field from an accredited university preferred. Three years direct care or youth related experience with a High School Diploma. Two years direct care or youth related experience with a Bachelor s degree. One year of supervisory experience is preferred. Oversee general operations of the Behavioral Care program (personnel, facility), safety and licensing standards and improvement of the quality of services available to youth in care; coach direct care staff on implementing daily schedule, maintaining program structure, and developing a team approach to maintain the facility and overall program operation. Must demonstrate an understanding of trauma-informed care and competency-based programming.
