R10; OWL (Springfield, West Springfield, Westfield) The R10 will be split into two routes on weekdays: one from Westfield Center to Springfield Bus Terminal, and one providing shuttle service between Westfield Center and Westfield State University. The shuttle service will maintain a 20 minute frequency between 7:40 AM and 5:00 PM, then switch to an hourly frequency, with the last bus from WSU leaving at 10:30 PM. The Westfield-Springfield service will use the current schedule until 6:00 PM, then switch to an hourly frequency until 11:00 PM. Current service between 6:00 and 11:00 PM is infrequent. Service to Union Street and East Mountain road will be discontinued, and a flex route will be provided to meet local transit needs.
