CAST MEMBER PLEDGE & FINANCIAL OBLIGATION I,, will do everything possible to make Beauty and the Beast, Jr. the best production it can possibly be and great fun for everyone involved. I agree to do so by pledging to follow the rules listed below. I will arrive at rehearsal at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start. I will NOT be LATE. Rehearsals rely on FULL cast participation, if there is someone missing then we cannot run their scene. I will attend every rehearsal I am scheduled for except for family emergencies, sickness and those reasons listed on my audition form or emailed to the director. Not every cast member will be needed for every rehearsal. This will be determined by the director on an as needed basis and you will be given notice via email. Rehearsals begin Thursday January 18th and will be every Sunday from 5PM to 8PM and Monday and Thursdays from 6-8:30PM. Thursdays are used for costumes/snow/makeup dates until March 29th. The week of the performances, Tech week, will be Sunday April 29th through Thursday May 3rd 4-8PM. Performances are Friday May 4th at 6:30PM, Saturday May 5th at 2PM and 6:30PM and Sunday May 6th at 2PM. I will place all cell phones, Ipads, etc. into my bag or on the table by the door during rehearsals. I will be given a break and time to check for messages or to contact parents. If I don t follow the rules I understand that the director will have to decide if I will have to leave rehearsal early or if my parents will need to be contacted and asked to remain during rehearsals. I will learn my lines and songs as quickly as possible. I understand that I may not be on stage during EVERY rehearsal and will use this time to memorize my part. If I lose my original script I am responsible to pay $10 for a replacement script. I am responsible for any personal undergarments (ie. bodysuits, tights, biker shorts, T-Shirts, etc.) necessary and shoes. All other costume pieces will be provided. I understand that I am obligated to pay a $250 participation fee which is due at the first rehearsal and sell $50 in ads for the playbill.
