Finalised establishment of Wounds Australia in March 2015 incorporating all state and territory-run associations. To be completed by July 2015. Managed a budget of over $400,000. Promoting Corporate Sponsorship National President Led strategic direction and projects to gain corporate sponsorships. Negotiated with five major companies for ongoing sponsorship. Establishing a Secretariat National President Established an excellent service within current budget to provide administrative support to Executive Committee members. Implementing a Governance Framework NSW President Led a review of the constitution in NSW, developed an Operations Manual (by-laws) to guide current and future committees in the new structure of Wounds Australia. Improving Organisational Culture NSW President Identified priorities for action and planning to meet commitments to the membership. Contracted a company (Fast Meetings) to assist in committee teambuilding and engagement. Generic Education for Health Services Leading Pressure Injury Prevention & Management Education Designed and implemented an on-line education program accessible by health staff.
