History of AIESEC TCS Partnership 1999-2000 2006 TCS builds Insight2 TCS is the Global IS Partner of AIESEC & runs the ACE Program 2004 TCS organizes first placements of young graduates 2007 Launch of www.myaiesec.net and we were taking over 40 interns annually 2010 Altogether 230 ACE interns. ACE Program is initiated in other geographies. 2011 Program digitalization and became Global Exchange Partners along with being Global IS Partners Expansion to LatAm and program digitalization 2012 2015 3
ACE Program globally at-a-glance In its endeavor to become a global company and employer of choice, TCS has created a new platform of learning and development for global talents - ACE The Career Development Program. 2004 Year when we started to take interns +600 Interns taken so far (only in India) +1000 Interns taken so far (globally) 21% Interns continued working with TCS in other geographies 35 Countries from where we ve been sourcing global interns to India (Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Serbia, Kenya,Czech Rep., Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Ukraine, Tunisia, Morocco among others) 4
