Asia-Pacific Telecommunity APT fosters the development of telecommunication services and information infrastructure throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Find out more about Asia-Pacific Telecommunity

Asia-Pacific Telecommunity An Intergovernmental Organization based on International Treaty; 38 Members, 4 Associate Members and 134 Affiliate Members (as of 22 January 2018); Covers Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Pacific; To foster the development of telecom. services and information infrastructure throughout the region. 3

APT works for its members based on its mandate stipulated in the Constitution of APT. Areas for Collaboration At the same time, APT welcomes cooperation and collaboration with other organizations/agencies in order to achieve mutual goals. Find out more about APT activities

Areas for collaboration APT believes there is a way to synergize and leverage its activities through collaboration with other organizations/agencies. For examples; Set back-to-back events (meeting, seminar and workshop etc.) cf. PRF-18 with ITU Regulators Roundtable (Aug. 2018) Co-organize capacity building course including simulation exercise e.g. simulation exercise in disaster management and/or cyber security, Mock Conference training for young generation Conduct research work and/or survey together Speaker/panelist/expert APT seeks expertise of other organizations/agencies in their relevant fields at various APT activities such as meetings and expert mission, etc. 18
