Program Director Willie Brown Academy Garden Program 2055 Silver Avenue San Francisco, CA 94124 (510) 847-6543 ARRESTS OF INTEREST: March 5, 2009-Stayaway Order Violation-8:53pm-Northridge Rd- CN#090233891: Members of Bayview s housing team were in the area of Northridge when they saw a known subject who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Officers located the suspect inside his car and placed him under arrest for his warrant. March 5, 2009-Warrant Arrest-9:27am-3rd/McKinnon-CN#090234071: Officers Soares and Doherty were in the area of 3rd /McKinnon when they saw an individual who was wanted for a parole violation. Officers detained the subject. The subject was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported back to prison. March 5, 2009-Base rock cocaine, Aggravated assault w/gun-3:00pm-1000 Potrero Ave-CN#090234946: Officers Ng and Correa responded to S.F.G.H. regarding a shooting victim, who had been driven to the hospital by his girlfriend. Officers searched the vehicle 9

and found numerous items of evidence and suspected narcotics. The girlfriend was detained and transported to C.A.R.C. March 3, 2009-Suspicious Occurrence, Cocaine for sale-6:35pm-keith /Thomas-CN#090228353: Members of Bayview s plainclothes team responded to Kieth and Thomas regarding subjects drinking and selling drugs out of a parked car. Officers detained the occupants of the car, searched it and found a shotgun, shotgun shells, and suspected crack cocaine, which was located by a police dog. Officers placed the driver of the vehicle under arrest and transported him to Bayview Station. INCIDENTS OF INTEREST: March 5, 2009-Aggravated Assault w/gun-1:36pm-1200 blk of Hollister- CN#090234946: Officer Kwan, as well as numerous Bayview Officers, responded to 3rd/Hollister regarding a shooting. Officers on scene found numerous casings on the street and several vehicles that were struck by gunfire. Witnesses heard the shots and provided officers with a possible description of the suspects. Officers searched the area for the suspects, to no avail. One subject suffered a gun shot wound and was driven to S.F.G.H. March 6, 2009-Discharging a firearm within City Limits-2:04pm-Ceres St- CN#090237423: 10

Officer Lee and Officer Balingit responded to Ceres St regarding a Shotspotter activation. Officers arrived on scene and found a shell casing, but were unable to determine if it was related to this activation. Officers were unable to locate any victims or suspects. March 3, 2009-Robbery w/gun, Aggravated Assault w/gun, Discharging a firearm within city limits-12:57am-2000 blk of Jerrold-CN#090229323: Officer Dizon and Officer Kavanaugh responded to the 2000 blk of Jerrold regarding an attempted robbery at gun point. Officers spoke with the victim who stated that he was parked in his cab when an unknown suspect reached his arm through the front passenger window and unlocked the door. The suspect jumped in the taxi and pointed a small gun at the victim. The suspect and the victim got into a wrestling match inside of the taxi, which resulted in the suspect being pushed out of the cab. The victim told officers that the suspect fired a shot into the air, then jumped into a car and sped away. Officers located a casing in the area. The victim suffered a bump on his head from the suspect hitting him with the gun. The victim refused medical treatment. Burglary incidents: March 5, 2009-12:00 pm-1400 Bayshore-CN#090234811: Cell phone sim card stolen and used by a known suspect. The investigation is on-going. VEHICLE INCIDENTS: March 4, 2009-Theft from locked vehicle-3:30pm-500 blk of Raymond- CN#090235847. March 4, 2009-Vandalism to Vehicle-9:20pm-200 blk of Cameron- CN#090234394. 11
