Many thanks to both organizations for supporting the Hampden Senior Center! Greetings! I am so happy it s May! I love that my tulips are in bloom, the warmer weather is here to stay and I can hear the peepers out my window! We will be walking in the Memorial Day parade again this year, and hope that you will be with us! Please call the office to sign up for this fun event. The list of summer evening activities is out! We have great entertainment lined up and hope that you will join us! Tickets are on sale now! Please call for tickets or more information. Please pay by check for these events. Thank you to everyone who voted in the Monson Savings Bank community giving event. The Friends of Hampden Seniors were voted in the top ten and given $500 from the bank! This money will be used to subsidize the AAA Driving Course on May 28th. Call to sign up today! Thank you for your continued generosity towards the Hampden Senior Center. Our penny collection is ongoing and we are always in need of individually wrapped hard candies, decaf coffee and tea bags. Enjoy these beautiful days and nights and remember to look up at the stars!
