Scholarship Number: 150 Pat Toboyek Memorial Scholarship Purpose of scholarship: The purpose of this scholarship is to honor the memory of Pat Toboyek, a graduate of Mosinee High School. Amount of Each Scholarship: $100 Scholarships to be Awarded: One A member of the football team will be given preference. However, if no candidate meets this requirement, others will be considered. Applicant should have a GPA of 2.5 or better. Students with lower averages may be considered. Applicant must be accepted by the school they plan to attend. Scholarship may be used at any accredited school. Applicant should have outstanding qualities in the following: character, leadership, service to school and community and scholarship. Financial need will not be a determining factor. Applicant must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. Recipient will be selected by the donor. Scholarships Administration: Scholarship will be awarded in certificate only at the Senior Recognition Night. The donor is responsible for distributing the scholarship money. Money may be used for tuition, room and board. Unused Scholarship: If there is no recipient or the recipient does not attend school, the money will go unused. In the event a scholarship should go unused in any given year, it will lapse for that year.

Scholarship Number: 254 Amount of Scholarship: $400 Scholarships to be Awarded: One S.S.G. Andrew J. Hitt Memorial Scholarship Applicant must be enrolled and accepted in any branch of the military Or Have a combination of three of the following choices. o Hold the title of Eagle Scout o Have maintained a GPA of 3.0 throughout high school o Participated in two high school sports each year throughout high school o Participated in one high school sport and been active in one or more high school club/s throughout high school. o Applicant must have displayed exceptional leadership capabilities within the community and be able to give examples. Applicant must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. Include an essay, maximum of 300 words, 12 pt., and double spaced Describe what patriotism means to you. Selection of the recipient will be made by the donor. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending. Unused Scholarship: If no recipients receive this scholarship, funds will be returned to the donor.

Scholarship Number: 162 Amount of Each Scholarship: $500 South Area Business Association Scholarship Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One Applicant or applicant's parent/s should be an employee or owner of a South Area Business Association paid member. (See sheet of participating Businesses) Applicant should be pursuing a career in a business related field. Student/student s family should have a true need for the monies for tuition, books, etc. in the pursuit of a post secondary education. Applicant is to fill out a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and a Financial Need form and return them to the Student Services office by the due date. Applicant should list on a separate sheet of paper the name of South Area Business where that applicant or parent is employed. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending.

Scholarship Number: 235 Contributor: Ann Marie Sondelski Trust Stanley & Mary Sondelski Scholarship Amount of Each Scholarship: $400 per year - Recipient shall receive such grant for each of the three (3) following years in the event that the recipient continues to maintain full-time student status at an accredited college or university in the United States, and maintains a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale at the college or university level for continued qualification. Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One Applicant shall be in good standing while in high school and have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at the high school level. This is a continuing scholarship and recipient will need to maintain an overall GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale at the college/university level. Applicant must be in the top twenty-five percent of the graduating class and not be receiving significant grants, scholarships or tuition assistance from other sources. Applicant must be pursuing a degree at a four-year college or university. Applicant must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and return to Student Services office by the due date. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee. There will be NO Alternate selected for this scholarship. Scholarship will be given to recipient at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the Recipient AND the University/College they will be attending. This is a continuing scholarship. Recipient shall receive this scholarship for three consecutive years if he/she continues to maintain full-time student status and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 grading scale at the university level. Following completion of each year of post high school study documentation of continued enrollment and a report card with proof of cumulative GPA should be forwarded to Mosinee High School, Attention: Student Service Secretary, 1000 High Street, Mosinee WI 54455.

Stanley Zebro Scholarship Scholarship Number: 166 Contributor: Stanley Zebro Foundation Amount of Each Scholarship: $800 per year - A scholarship recipient MAY receive such grant for each of the three (3) following years in the event that the recipient continues to maintain full-time student status at an accredited college, university, or technical training school, and maintains such status with a "B" cumulative average or a 3.0 cumulative average, based on a 4.0 scale. Money must be used for tuition, books or fees. Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: Two (1 male student, 1 female student) Applicant should have: demonstrated concern for the welfare of Mosinee High School and its students, distinguished leadership or participation in one or more student organizations at Mosinee High school, potential to make a contribution to improving conditions within our society, and above average scholarship which reflects distinguished effort for his or her ability Applicant has been accepted for admission and plans to attend an accredited college, University, or Technical Training school as a full-time student within six months after receiving the grant. Complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and return to Student Services office by the due date. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee. Scholarship Number: 276 Amount of Each Scholarship: $500 The Verna and Jack Justesen Scholarship Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One A member of this year s Mosinee High School graduating class. Student should not be a member of a sports team. Preference will be given to students ineligible for other types of aid. Financial need WILL be a factor. Complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and return to Student Services office by the due date. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending. Unused Scholarship: Unused scholarship monies will be returned to the Donor.

VFW Auxiliary Scholarship Scholarship Number: 169 Amount of Each Scholarship: $200 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One Mother or grandmother must be a living or deceased member of the Mosinee VFW Auxiliary. A member of this year s Mosinee High School graduating class. Complete a VFW Auxiliary Scholarship Application form and return to Student Services office by the due date. Recipient will be selected by the VFW Auxiliary Scholarship Committee. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending. Unused Scholarship: Unused scholarship monies will be returned to the VFW Auxiliary.

VFW Michael E. Clark Scholarship Scholarship Number: 170 Amount of Each Scholarship: $500 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One Son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a living or deceased member of the Mosinee VFW Post 8733. A member of this year s Mosinee High School graduating class. If requirement a. cannot be met, applications will be accepted from a son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a living or deceased member of the Ladies Auxiliary Mosinee VFW Post 8733. Fill out Michael E. Clark application and return to Student Services office by the due date. Michael E. Clark Scholarship Committee will select the recipient. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending.

Wesley and Anna Rein Memorial Scholarship Scholarship Number: 241 Contributors: Anthony and Geraldine Rein Amount of Each Scholarship: $500 ($250 per semester for one year) Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One Applicant must be attending UW Madison Applicant must have a scholastic average of 3.80 or better. Applicants should fill out a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee and/or the donor. Scholarship will be awarded in the form of a certificate at the Senior Recognition Night. UW Foundation is in charge of the scholarship payment. Information on the recipient will be e-mailed to the UW Foundation by the Mosinee High School Student Services secretary. The UW Foundation will credit recipient s account $250 per semester, for the first year of post secondary education, after registration for classes has been confirmed.

Western Fraternal Life Association - Lodge No. 144 Scholarship Scholarship Number: 177 Amount of Each Scholarship: $200 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: Two Preference given to students who are members of WFLA (Western Fraternal Life Association). If there are no applicants that are WFLA members nonmembers will be considered for this scholarship. Scholarship is to be used at any accredited technical college or two or four year college. Preference given to applicants with a 2.75 GPA or better. Applicants should fill out a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Based Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. If applicant or parent is a member of Western Fraternal Life Association he/she should also check the box confirming this on the General Application. Applicants may be asked to have a personal interview with the Local Scholarship Committee. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee. Scholarship will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending.

Scholarship Number: 178 Contributor: Whitey Steinagel Amount of Each Scholarship: $200 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: One "Whitey" Steinagel Baseball Scholarship Applicant must be a member in good standing of the Mosinee High School Varsity Baseball Team. Applicant must be enrolled in a college, university or technical school. Applicants are to complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return to the Student Services office by the due date. Donor and a committee made up of the head baseball coach, and athletic director. The Donor will present the money to the recipients at the Senior Recognition Night. Unused Scholarship: In the event the scholarship should go unused in any given year, it will lapse for that year.

Scholarship Number: 266 Amount of Each Scholarship: $750.00 Scholarships to be Awarded: One Wisconsin Valley Improvement Scholarship Applicants are to attend UW-SP or UW Milwaukee with a concentration in the Natural Resources field. Financial need will not be a determining factor Applicants must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Conservation, Agriculture, and Technology Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. Selection will be made by the Mosinee High School Scholarship Committee. Scholarship monies will be awarded at the Senior Recognition Night in the form of a check made out to the recipient and the post secondary school they will be attending. Unused Scholarship: If recipient does not attend school, money will be given to the alternate. If no one applies, funds will be returned to the donor.
