Ensure clean up of work areas at the end of each shift, restocking supplies when necessary. Assist residents with hygiene, activities of daily living, and money management. Assist with meal serving and clean up, as required by program. May administer breathalyzers, as required to comply with program requirements. Engage in informal socialization with guests. Responsible for creating computer journal entries for any site that you are staffing to provide the agency with a recorded history about the people we serve, guest concerns, client success stories, or any other information to share with other employees. May drive residents/clients as required. High school graduate or equivalent. Utilizing crisis de-escalation techniques, and cognitive behavioral interventions staff will determine the specific needs and referrals needed for caller, and route caller s needs to specific Hennepin County department.
