This registration packet consists of: Registration Form Agenda Host Accommodations Detail Page Menus Suggested Dress Code & General Weather Page Page of Maps There is a national soccer tournament going on at the same time as the NSEA Convention so room accommodations are limited in the city. However, the newly remodeled City Center Motel has set aside seventy-one (71) rooms for us but the reservations must be made by March 6 th, 2013. After March 6 th, any rooms not reserved will be made available to the general public. We have also made arrangements with the Plaza Hotel to take any additional room requests. Plaza Hotel has set aside ten (10) rooms for our convention. First, please call the City Center Motel at (800) 338-7760, 800 N. Carson St., Carson City, NV 89701. Seventyone (71) rooms must be reserved before calling the Plaza Hotel at (775) 883-9500, 801 S. Carson St., Carson City, NV 89701. Any pre-registration received post marked after March 21, 2013 will be $30.00. All registration packages will be at the Carson City Elks Lodge for pick-up, Wednesday, April 17 th, 2 pm to 9 pm; Thursday, April 18 th, 8 am to 9 pm; Friday, April 19 th, 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, April 20 th, 7 am to 8 am.
