KEY TASKS General administration support. To support the Primary Health Care Coordinator to: Scope out initiatives to help increase BSA coverage for priority women Data match with GPs / PHOs and maintain GP practice information spreadsheets Manage client data Provide support to services to priority women (e.g. transport, providing information about the BSA Programme and/or the BSWSN service) Manage and distribute current and appropriate BSA health promotion resources (Waitemata district) and information (e.g. BSWN Mobile Schedule) Data match with GPs / PHOs and maintain GP practice visit spreadsheets Invite eligible women to enrol and screen with BSWN Provide regular feedback / reports (RCG, GP practices etc), on data matching activities and screening results. Provide written annual updates to PHOs. Work with external groups (e.g. primary care, ISPs and community groups etc) to promote the BSA programme and BSWN service, raise screening awareness, and increase participation (new enrolments and 2 yearly screening) of priority women in the Waitemata district Providing priority women, community providers and primary care with current and appropriate BSA information and resources Educating priority women so they have the information they need to give informed consent to participate (enroll and screen) in the BSA programme Resourcing (staff and budget, if required) and coordinating health promotion / recruitment events across the Waitemata district Waitemata DHB -JOB DESCRIPTION - Recruitment and Retention Worker Page 2
