Allow me to introduce myself: I am an art historian specialized in works of the 18th and 19th centuries, and I was schooled at Columbia University in New York. I am currently living between Savannah and Milan, Italy. One of my recently acquired historic properties in Savannah, the Waldorf House at 2602 Barnard Street at the corner of 43rd Street, is in the process of being renovated with the assistance of contractor Will Swinney of Fulford Swinney and Architect / SCAD Professor Daniel Brown. As a member of the neighborhood, I wish to express that I am unreservedly in favor of the proposed One West Victory project. When the Historic Savannah Foundation brought the project to my attention and provided to me documentation about the same, I took the initative of directly contacting Green Street Properties. I thereafter had a meeting with Walter Brown, Hank Farmer and Amy Swick wherein, together with my Contractor Will Swinney, I toured the site, perused the documentation and was explained in depth every aspect of the project. I also studied their overall portfolio as developers, which is extensive and undeniably impressive. I, together with everyone in Savannah with whom I have explored the subject, believe the development brings much needed activation to a dilapidated site and will breathe new life into the Starland area. I have the upmost confidence that the group will do an outstanding job. They are immensely sensitive to the needs and wishes of the local community and have a genuine passion and devotion for preservation. Further, I feel that we are blessed to have Jamestown making such a large investment in our neighborhood, particularly in these tough economic times. Unfortunately I cannot attend your meeting as I will be in Europe on that date. Please accept this email as my voice of support for the project and approve this Specific Development Plan on October 30. I urge other neighbors and interested parties to enthusiasticaly express their support as well. 1

Gary Plumbley From: Sent: To: Subject: Patty McIntosh [pmc@melaver-mcintosh.com] Friday, October 19, 2012 2:28 PM Gary Plumbley RE: PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE - SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN - ONE WEST VICTORY DRIVE Thanks, Gary. As an Ardsley Park resident and former MPC board member, I am in full support of this project. It is an outstanding development plan that will bring much needed vibrancy and beneficial use to this area. I m very familiar with the work of this developer, and consider Savannah quite fortunate that they have an interest in bringing a quality project to our community. They have been diligent in engaging not just the Ardsley Park and other surrounding neighborhoods, but also in reaching out and informing community leaders, businesses and individuals in the affected area and responding to their concerns. I hope the current MPC board will give strong consideration to approving the Specific Development Plan for One West Victory Drive. Best regards, Patty Patty McIntosh Melaver McIntosh P.O.
