COURSE INFORMATION COURSE OVERVIEW The primary care provider for children frequently faces challenges in the diagnosis and management of allergic, immunologic and infectious disorders. This course is intended to provide a practical review and an update of new trends and published guidelines in these areas for pediatricians, family practitioners, nurse practitioners, nurses and other healthcare professionals. GENERAL INFORMATION The conference will be held in the Ruth and Tristram Colket, Jr. Translational Research Building at Children s Hospital of Philadelphia on Friday, Nov. 10, 2017. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, breaks, parking and syllabus materials. COURSE OBJECTIVES After attending this program, the participant should be able to: Explain the newest recommendations to aid in the prevention of food allergy development Discuss new biologics being studied in pediatric atopic dermatitis Describe strategies to manage Vocal Cord Dysfunction in your practice Discuss the environmental impact on asthma development and control Discribe the newest global emerging infections REGISTRATION FEES The registration fee includes registration materials, continental breakfast, lunch, breaks and parking. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Children s Hospital of Philadelphia reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Hospital will refund registration fees, less a $40 service fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. In order to process refunds, cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, Oct. 27, 2017. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
