About Healthcare sector in Slovenia Healthcare is very well spread across Slovenia. Practically every Slovenian town has a health centre, and villages have individual clinics. Future: Due to lack of domestic production, Slovenia imports most of the medical equipment. The biggest projects: - building of new Internistic ER in Ljubljana (currently in stage 2).
