Wh can participate? The prgram addresses female researchers frm the Life Sciences currently wrking as a PhD student, pstdc, r grup leader at the University f Zurich, ETH Zurich, r University f Basel. A maximum f 20 wmen per call will be admitted. Evaluatin criteria The prgram language is English, but we als expect participants t be able t fllw a discussin in German, as the cmpanies we plan t visit are generally German-speaking. Selectin f applicatins is dne based n the fllwing criteria: Relevance fr career develpment Des the CV shw that the applicant will prfit frm the prgram? Is the persnal develpment plan cnvincing? Has the applicant cnvincingly expressed her mtivatin fr participating in the prgram? Will the prgram give the applicant the new key cmpetencies that will enable her t achieve her wn and the prgram s gals?
