A change of delegate s name will be accepted at any time with no cost incurred. 2.2 Refunds: Where a delegate does not attend a course without cancelling in advance, the charges are always non-refundable. 2.3 Late cancellation (within 3 working days) or failure to attend fully-funded courses: A charge of 40 will be made to all delegates who fail to attend or fail to give a minimum 3 working days notice of non-attendance, regardless of circumstances. However, a substitute of your choice will be accepted with no charge incurred. Please note: Delegate s line manager will be responsible for any non-attendance fee incurred unless we receive pre-course notification to the contrary. 2.4 For study days & short courses where charges apply (see course details for specific information): Fees need to be paid in advance of the course date to ensure admittance. Cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the course fee if the applicant cancels less than 10 working days prior to the course date and up to 3 working days before the course date.
