Cmpressin: Cmpressin is a Vantel Pearls Career Plan feature designed t insure that qualifying upline Leaders receive the maximum pssible dwnline level verrides based upn dwnline perfrmance. Cmpressin ccurs when the plan autmatically mves a lwer dwnline level Qualified Leader up int a higher dwnline level psitin (if a higher dwnline Leader in that dwnline leg des nt qualify) s that the qualifying upline Leader receives the highest pssible verride payment based n their perfrmance. Inactive Cnsultant An Inactive Cnsultant is ne wh has submitted less than $500 in Persnal TSV ver tw rlling mnths. After 3 mnths f inactivity, Oysters must be returned t the Hme Office. Leave f Absence: Cnsultant Leave: Vantel Pearls allws all Cnsultants a tw mnth Leave f Absence. A Leave f Absence must be requested in writing and must be apprved by the Vantel Pearls Hme Office 10 days prir t the Leave. Vantel Pearls reserves the right t accept r deny a Leave f Absence and ask fr a temprary Oyster Recall.
