Take Control of YOUR CFDs! City Council is working to refinance CFD bonds and take advantage of lower interest rates, where available. Example: Four Seasons residents are seeing a 10% savings by removing the 2% escalator and extending the term of the bond by 10 years. COULD BE MORE! Certain areas may also have the option to forgo the Future Projects portion of CFD bonds. By lowering the total bonded amount to remove the Future Projects fund; CFD funds will no longer be available for public infrastructure projects. Remember: What You See is What you Have.
