INVITATION TO BIDDERS The Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency, Inc. (SEICAA) is accepting bids for the installation of 177 Nurse Calls in 88 units with replacement of the existing 24 volt system to a new 24 volt system. The project will take place at St Anthony Place located at 650 N 7 th Avenue, Pocatello, ID. The contract period will be negotiated with the winning bidder. A bidder s conference will not be held. All questions are to be sent to info@seicaa.org no later than February 16, 2017 at 4:30pm. All questions will be responded to via email. SOUTHEASTERN IDAHO COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY REQUEST FOR SEALED BID PACKAGE General Information The Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency (herein referred to as SEICAA) desires to subcontract with a Nurse Call System Installation service provider for the installation of 177 nurse calls in 88 units with replacement of 24 volt system in the following project: St Anthony Place- 650 N 7th Pocatello, ID All potential Nurse Call System Installation service providers must be aware of the following: The successful bidder will be designated the Nurse Call Installation service provider starting March 1, 2017. Contract period will be negotiated with the successful bidder. Negotiations will be based upon availability of funds and/or satisfactory performance levels in the preceding year(s). SEICAA, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No exceptions will be made to the time frames established for submission of documents. This Bid package, in its entirety, will become part of any contract signed by SEICAA and the lawn care and snow removal service provider selected through this bid process. If proposals are received that do not have any competition in the bidding process, the proposal will be evaluated by SEICAA staff members to determine the adequacy of the proposal. SEICAA reserves the right to award the bid based on past performance, unit cost or business references. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS The Bid package is to be submitted, in its entirety, along with any supporting documents. All sections of the RFP will become an integral part of the contract.
