Program Manager, The Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute (housed at Sam Houston State University) The Center for Executive Development (TAMU) 1989-1998 Served as an integral member of the Founding Board in the development of the Law Enforcement Institution. (1989) Assisted in the creation and the development of the academy, which remains one of the largest training programs in the United States today. Responsible for the coordination, implementation, administration, and management of four modules per year. (with Linda Millhollon) (To date, Texas A&M has graduated fifty classes of approximately 25 participants per class.)
