How are interviews scheduled? Each day the recruits will sign up to interview with the schools of their choice. 4. Do recruits need to have an application on file to participate in the Recruitment Fair? Even though it is not required, it would be beneficial to complete an online application (www.collier.k12.fl.us ) before attendance at the fair.
