Course Description This course has been designed for the radiologist performing abdominal, cardiothoracic and musculoskeletal imaging. Learning Objectives At the conclusion of this course the participant should be able to: Analyze new techniques and procedures in cardiothoracic, abdominal and musculoskeletal imaging. Describe the most up to date techniques and procedures used in cardiothoracic, abdominal and musculoskeletal imaging. Discuss their application in daily practice. Registration Fees Registration fee is $895 prior to September 25, 2014. We offer discounted registration rates to Duke Radiology alumni of $795 and Military/NonMD of $695. On or after September 25 there is a $75 late fee in addition to the registration fee. In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will distribute syllabus materials to the attendees electronically. You are welcome to bring your laptop to the lectures should you wish to follow along. A paper syllabus will only be provided upon request at a cost of $25. Hotel Reservations Room Rates Room rates are $309/night single or double occupancy for Run of House rooms. Mountain View rooms can be guaranteed for a rate of $359/night and Resort View rooms can be guaranteed for $329/night. Current room tax is 11%. Children under 16 stay free in room with parent or adult. There is a $40 per person charge for third and fourth persons (over 16) sharing a room. Nonsmoking and handicap accessible rooms are available. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. We suggest you make reservations early.
