ERASMUS+ Erasmus+ student exchange programme: STUDY - studying a part of your degree at the partner university abroad INTERNSHIP in a company abroad Partner University must be located in a country participating in the Erasmus+ programme.

WHERE FOR STUDY/PLACEMENT? PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS -1 STUDIES/INTERNSHIPS you are a degree student (BA, MA, PhD) of UWr you can go for Erasmus study and/or internship once on every level of study (BA, MA, PhD) you meet the recruitment requirements defined by your Faculty/Department you speak the language of instruction of the host university; in some countries, eg. Scandinavian states, the Netherlands the courses are taught in English your study achievements are on a good level average grade

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS - 2 INTERNSHIPS FOR GRADUATES from 2 to 5 months with financial Erasmus support, depending on how many months of Erasmus internship took place during the last study cycle applying for the internship is possible ONLY during the studies and before the graduation internship is possible during the period of 12 months starting from the day of graduation the graduate = diploma holder

ERASMUS STUDENT STATUS STUDY/INTERNSHIP the period of studies/internship spent at a host university/company is recognised as the period of studies at the home university rights and obligations of Erasmus student ERASMUS STUDENT CHARTER STUDY FEE Students paying fee for the studies at the University of Wroclaw, continue the payment while being on Erasmus exchange. No study fee will be charged at the host university.

GOING FOR ERASMUS - RECRUITMENT Erasmus+ enables students to participate in exchange (studies and internships) once at each study cycle. RECRUITMENT STUDIES once a year at the faculty/department INTERNSHIP - applications can be submitted all year round

RECRUITMENT - LANGUAGE EXAMINATION Students must proof their knowledge of the language of instruction at the host university they are planning to apply to. ERASMUS RECRUITMENT DEADLINES - STUDIES STUDIES 2nd March 2018 the official end of the Erasmus recruitment for the 2018/2017, the Faculty/Departmental Coordinators are submitting the lists of recruited students to the International Office soon after ERASMUS INFORMATION MEETING with the recruited students 16th March 2018 deadline for the Erasmus candidates for submitting Erasmus application forms (FORMULARZ ZGŁOSZENIOWY) Avaliable on the individual accounts on: https://international.uni.wroc.pl

ERASMUS RECRUITMENT DEADLINES - INTERNSHIPS INTERNSHIPS the applications can be submitted anytime, all year round to the International Office after the acceptance of the Faculty/Departmental Coordinator language examination (interview) will take place in cases where the language of the internship is different then English or the mother language and can be arranged individually Erasmus application form for the internship FORMULARZ ZGŁOSZENIOWY PRAKTYKI will be available after filling all the necessary information on the individual accounts on: https://international.uni.wroc.pl

ERASMUS GRANT - 1 Erasmus grant for covering the cost of studying abroad - complementary type additional grant for disabled students STUDIES possible duration: 3-12 months, maximum 5 months with Erasmus grant INTERNSHIP possible duration: 2-5 months, maximum 5 months with Erasmus grant

ERASMUS GRANT - 2 Monthly Erasmus grant in the academic year 2017/2018 Grant in EUR STUDIES/INTERNSHIP Country of destination 500/600 Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Sweden, UK, Italy 450/550 Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Iceland, Luxemburg, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia, Turkey 350/450 Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia (FYROM), Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary IMPORTANT Required: Bank Account in one of the Polish Banks We don t transfer Erasmus grant outside Poland! You can receive your Erasmus Grant only after paying the tuition fee for your studies at Wrocław University.

LANGUAGE COURSES STUDIES majority of host universities offer: intensive language courses before the semester semester language courses courses can be free of charge, or can be charged a fee, which varies no extra funding from home university the duration of the course can be added to the duration of the studies at host university
