TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The following bidding and contract documents for construction of the projects listed herein will be received by mail or delivered to the Wyoming Department of Transportation Office, 10 East Brundage Lane, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801 Phone (307) 674 2300, or delivered on the morning of the letting at the Sheridan Holiday Inn, 1809 Sugarland Drive in Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 Phone (307) 672 8931. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the bid envelope is received by Contracts and Estimates personnel, which can be verified by calling 307 777 4487. Sealed bids will be received until 9:30 AM, September 7, 2017, immediately after which time the Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the Sheridan Holiday Inn in Sheridan The Department of Transportation places the responsibility for delivery of the bids to the letting with the bidder. Bidders may elect to have their bids delivered by any delivery service or may hand carry their bids to the above street address. Any bids received at the letting after 9:30 AM on the above date will be returned to the bidders unopened. The Wyoming Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C 2000d to 2000d 4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
