Reunion Weekend Registration To register for Reunion Weekend, visit: endicott.edu/reunion or fill out the attached form. Reunion registration closes on Friday, May 25, 2018. Please register as soon as possible in order to guarantee your spot at events, as many events sell out. Please note: because food is preordered, Reunion Weekend refunds cannot be issued after Monday, June 4, 2018. Weekend Campus Transportation Shuttles will be available to transport guests around campus. The shuttle service will be available at peak hours throughout the weekend. A route and schedule will be provided at registration when guests are checking in for the weekend. Golden Gulls Discount A special discount is available to all alumni who are celebrating their 50th class reunion and beyond. All alumnae who graduated in the classes of 1941-1968 and attend will be offered complimentary on-campus housing in a residence hall and free admission to the All- Class Clambake for the alumna and one guest. Registration is required by May 25 in order to receive these benefits. Residence Hall Accommodations On campus housing in the residence halls will be available to all who attend Reunion Weekend. Accommodations are available in Marblehead Hall. Rooms include a private bathroom and can accommodate up to two people. There are common laundry, kitchen, and lounge facilities available on each floor. In addition to accommodations in Marblehead Hall, suite accommodations in Manchester, Gloucester, and Woodside Halls are available for alumni groups of three or more people based on availability. Halls are comprised of suites that include bedrooms of two twin beds or one dependent on the specific room, accommodating up to five people. Suites are equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available in each of these halls. Information If you wish to share a room with a specific person(s), please indicate this at the time of registration. All registrants must include the first and last name of who they wish to room with. We will make every attempt possible to accommodate your rooming arrangement requests. Housing is available Friday and Saturday for $40.00 per single bed per night or $70.00 per single bed for the entire weekend. The Wylie Inn Conveniently located on campus, the Wylie Inn is available for Reunion Weekend guests. To make Reunion Weekend reservations, please call the Wylie Inn directly at (866) 333-0859. Be sure to mention you are attending Reunion Weekend to receive the discounted rate. Reunion Giving An important tradition for Endicott graduates celebrating Reunion is to support the Endicott College Annual Fund with a Reunion Gift. Endicott offers unique opportunities to its students, and it is through the generous support of alumni that these experiences are made possible. Alumni gift participation is a key factor used by U.S. News and World Report when ranking the nation s top colleges Endicott is currently ranked in the top tier of Universities in the North. Class Photographs Class photographs will be taken directly following Saturday s All-Class Clambake at Misselwood. All photos throughout the weekend will be made available for attendees to download. Light refreshments available. 6:00 6:30 p.m. Golden Gull Champagne Toast Tupper Manor All members of the Classes 1941-1968 are invited to a special champagne toast celebrating their 50th Reunion and beyond. 6:30 8:30 p.m. President s Welcome Reunion Dinner Tupper Manor 6:30-7:00 p.m. Endicott College invites all alumni celebrating their Reunion to an elegant evening at Tupper Manor beginning with a cocktail reception. 7:00 p.m. Dinner begins. Dr. Richard E. Wylie will welcome alumni back to campus and present the College s two prestigious alumni awards. Business casual attire is suggested. 8:45 10:00 p.m. The Dueling Piano Musical Experience Beverly Auditorium, Wylie Conference Center Two pianos. Two players. One great time! Dueling Pianos provided by Dueling Pianos International: A high energy, all request, sing along, clap along, rock n roll, comedy piano show where the audience is just as much a part of the show as entertainers. Bring questions to this open dialogue and take away important financial knowledge. 9:30 10:30 a.m. Exploring Endicott s Makerspace and 3D Printing Workshop Life Science Building Makerspace 2nd Floor See Endicott s Makerspace, a highlight of the Life Science Building. Endicott Professor Greg Mayerhoff will lead a tour of the space and provide a live look at a 3D printer in action. Leave with a special 3D printed keepsake. Discover Mindfulness and the Art of Sketchbooking Workshop Room 304 Learn about the educational history of the sketchbook and its benefits from Endicott Professor Cynthia Roberts. Participants will have the opportunity to start their own sketchbook. 11:00 a.m. Dr. Wylie s Trolley Tour* Tour Meeting Location: Outside Entrance, Board a complimentary trolley for a narrated tour of Endicott s campus by Endicott President Richard E. 11:00 a.m. Walking Campus Tour Tour Meeting Location: Inside Lobby, Enjoy a walking tour of various campus buildings and residence halls led by Endicott s own student tour guides. 12:30 p.m. All-Class Clambake and President s Welcome Address Misselwood Tent Join President Richard E. Wylie as he welcomes alumni, family, and friends back to campus. Enjoy a traditional New England Clambake and buffet, play lawn games, and enjoy spectacular views from the College s Misselwood Estate. Guests receive a lobster and drink ticket. Cash bar is available. Please register early to reserve your seat. 2:30 4:00 p.m. President s Open House and Reception Beechwood, 427 Hale Street, Beverly Dr. Wylie invites you to enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean at the President s home. Come spend time with classmates, friends, faculty, and staff members. A special New England wine tasting will be available during the open house. Current Exhibits The Avant Garde in Recent Alumni Works Spencer Presentation Gallery The 2018 Alumni Exhibition focuses on Endicott s successful alumni who have been practicing in their field for up to 10 years. A juried selection by faculty will be presented to provide an overview of each academic program. Opening reception will be Friday, June 8, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. during Reunion Weekend. Arts Fest 2018 Community Art Exhibition Carol Grillo Gallery and Desnoyers Overlook Presented by Beverly Main Streets, Arts Fest Beverly, and Endicott, this juried exhibition, displays works by professional and emerging artists who live, work, or attend school in Beverly. 6
