Larry O Sullivan made a motion to grant Case No. 5/15/2013-2 as all five points of law for a variance were met and as the Heritage Commission voiced its approval, and with the restriction that the sign is limited to fifty (50) square feet. James Totten seconded. The motion to grant Case No. 5/15/2013-2 with restrictions was approved, 4-0-0.

Case No.: 8/21/2013-1 Brian Micciche 59 Perkins Road Londonderry, NH 03053 59 Perkins Road; 15-51-6; AR-I Variance to allow a storage shed accessory structure within the 40 foot front setback as restricted by Section 2.3.1.3.3. Larry O Sullivan made a motion to grant Case No. 8/21/2013-1 with the restrictions that the structure be a 12 x 16 storage shed built to resemble a red barn, that it be no closer than 15 feet from the edge of the roadway, that it have no permanent attachment on the ground, and with the requirement that the existing trailer be removed from the property. Neil Dunn seconded. The motion to grant Case No. 8/21/2013-1 with restrictions was approved, 4-0-0.

Neil Dunn made a motion to grant Case No. 8/21/2013-2 contingent on an easement being given to the Town leaving the existing cul de sac, contingent on connection to a sewer service in order to obtain an occupancy permit, and contingent on there being no improvements on the cul de sac except for normal maintenance of the road by the Town so as not to infringe any further into the applicant s property.
