First Day of Launch Week - Fall 2016 Welcome Class of 2020! Dear Incoming Students: Welcome to Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law! We hope you are enjoying your summer as you prepare for law school. Enclosed you ll find your schedule for Launch Week 2017. Your activities begin on Tuesday, August 15 and will continue through Friday, August 18. Much more than an orientation program, Launch Week is designed to introduce you to classmates, faculty, administrators, and upper level students while providing introductory training in legal analysis and professionalism to prepare you for success in the classroom. We also offer all you ll need to know to handle the necessary logistics and business transactions as you settle into law school life. Please note that Launch Week is mandatory as there will be substantive learning, important workshops, mock classroom sessions, and skills training. Classes start Monday, August 21. Your class schedule and track assignments will be included in the information you get the first day of Launch Week. Please check your schedule to be prepared for your first week of classes.
