Introduction RCDS is a PCP, ISO Certified NPO working for the grass-root development in Punjab Pakistan and concentrates on social and economic uplift of the communitie people to make them understand the true notion of development through advocacy & networking. RCDS is working on Institutional Development(ID) through Social Mobilization and Capacity Building, Livelihood Enterprise & Employment Development (LEED), Micro Finance Program (MFP), Open Defecation Free (ODF) Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI), Water Energy & Climate Change (WECC) Natural Resource Management (NRM), Off Season Vegetables/ Value Chain & Value addition and Access to Justice Program in fifteen districts of the Punjab Vision RCDS visualizes Socio-economic empowerment of society where all citizens avail their potential for the societal benefits on equal basis. Mission RCDS is Struggle for a just and democratic society through making marginalized communities socio- economically empowered Objectives Develop an institutional infrastructure to infuse and promote sustainable participatory approach and shared vision at grassroots level Help reduce unemployment and alleviate poverty by exploiting appropriate resources and employing appropriate mechanisms for promotion of economic activities Increase the access of the poor communities to better health and education facilities Improve the human and technical capabilities of the poor through certain capacity building initiatives Help women development through the provision of opportunities for them to participate in the process of development Productive physical infrastructure development Promote the innovation and value addition in horticulture and

Introduction of the Project RCDS is working in District Layyah since 2012 on Institutional Development through Social Mobilization and Capacity Building of Community Organization CO), Village Organization (VO) and Local Support Organization (LSO) with the major participation of the poor with the special focus on women participation acting upon the core values of Inclusion, Transparency and Accountability. The main aim and objectives of the project to strengthen and sustain the institutions of the poor and create Community Resource Persons (CRPs) in different sectors. Through PPAF funded Program RCDS aims at building capacity of Activists/Community Resource Persons on Millennium Development Goals, Rural Connectivity and Current Best Practices and Strategic Planning at LSO level/ Project Proposal Development at LSO level. Further to it Operation and Maintenance of Community Based Infrastructure Projects. The Resource Person is required to submit a detailed report covering all the fields in the trainings along with the quality pictures. Qualification and Experience of the Applicant The applicant must have masters degree and at least three-five years trainings. The detailed CV including basic information and qualification The detailed information of trainings /ToTs attended and from which institutions The detail of certification and the institutions from whom got certified The detail of Training delivered and the name of institution National / International affiliations with professional institutions/ networking memberships The trainer is supposed to provide per day training fee including boarding lodging (Meals etc) The detailed report would be submitted within three days of the training closure Payment Schedule The payment would be made through cross cheque in the name of the resource at the successful completion of the training and submission. Interested consultants/trainers/ free lancers are invited to submit their detailed proposals (Technical and Financial) duly signed.
