General Conclusions from the first year implementation Although 2015 was the first year for KA107 implementation, Turkey was one of the few countries that could allocate all its budget at the first call and without a need to announce a second call. Out of 85 applications received, 16 HEIs were granted. Of the 1140 mobilities planned to be realised, 822 were student mobility, 203 were staff mobility for teaching assignments and 115 were staff mobility for training. It can be observed that granted Turkish HEIs could establish partnerships with their counterparts located in 49 different countries within 10 budget envelopes. The analysis of the granted applications also shows that out of the 1140 mobilities, 75% is incoming whereas 25% is outgoing mobility. It can be concluded that this is just a diverse pattern in comparison to KA103 mobilities. For the granted KA107 applications, the main objective was internationalisation at home by means of incoming students from Partner Countries. Moreover, to improve internationalisation strategy of the HEIs involved both in Programme and in Partner Countries and to reinforce the capacities of participant organisations were stated as other objectives. The observed priority of the granted applications is student mobility as compared to staff mobility and among student mobility, incoming mobility is more preferred as compared to outgoing mobility. Taking into account the target groups reached through KA107 projects, all of the granted KA107 projects were single HEIs. There was no application coming from a mobility consortium. Over 60% of the granted institutions were public HEIs and the rest were private HEIs. No participants with special needs among the granted applications were reported.

Upcoming events to promote mobility opportunities beyond Europe: Contact seminar with Partner Countries especially from Western Balkans, South Mediterranean and ENI East regions (September 2016)
