Yes. The completed practice equipment materials are owned and controlled by the student. They have value after the class is completed because the students continue to utilize them both throughout the semester and in subsequent semester in the Skills Laboratory as they reinforce and are tested on their advancing proficiency. By the district providing these materials it is less expensive for the student since the material is being purchased by the student at a bulk or discounted rate instead of normal retail prices.
