Passaic County Police Academy The Initial Decision memorializes a Settlement Agreement between the trainee and the Academy. Under the agreement, the trainee will be enrolled in an academy class at either the John H. Stamler Police Academy in Union County or the Bergen County Police Academy in or around July of 2019. The trainee's rehire date with Jersey City will be in or around July of 2019.
