THINK TANK Spring Session March 23, 2015 June 23, 2015 Hours: 3:15pm to 6pm on full school days and 12:20pm to 6pm on ½ days THINK TANK is not available on holidays and weekdays when there is no school. Spring Session: March 23 - June 23, 2015 Reg. forms are due on or before Wednesday, 3/18. Individual registration forms must be submitted with payment for all students. If you have an outstanding balance after 3/18, you may not be able to enroll your child until March 30 th even if owed amount is paid before then. Credit Card payments accepted. There is a $100 minimum for credit cards. There is always room in the general THINK TANK Homework Helpers rooms for any student who registers. Enrollment in clubs is not on a first come, first served basis, but students whose reg. forms are received after Wednesday, 3/18 will not be guaranteed space in any clubs for the Spring session. Because of the number of students enrolled in THINK TANK and the limits of club enrollment, we can only guarantee a child will be able to attend one club weekly, although they may be able to attend more. A few clubs have a $10 or $15 supplies fee per session. This is indicated on the registration form. Fee due the third week of club (or when your child is accepted). A light snack is provided to all students free of charge. inoi registrations will be accepted if there is an outstanding bill. inoi registrations will be accepted without partial payment for the Spring Session. 5:45 BUS INFORMATION: o PLEASE check off the appropriate box on the registration form, You must already be participating in the bus program to use the 5:45 bus. o Children who drop in for one day for the $18 fee may ride on the 5:45 bus if they fill out the request form. See link at website for form. o Children may not switch back and forth between the 5:45 and 3:15 bus the day of, unless there is an emergency. o Families may make a late to early bus switch 8 times during the school year. Check Transportation link at website for info. on how to request a switch the day before. The cost* of each 12 - week session (there are three over the course of the year): $160 (child attends homework helpers and/or clubs 1 day a week for 12 wks) $300 (2 days/12 wks) $440 (3 days/12 wks) $580 (4 or 5 days/12 wks) *Reduced fees of $90 and $165 (for 12 wk. session) are available depending on the family income. There will be a $5 charge for every 5 minutes a child is picked up past 6 pm, payable when the child is picked up. Copper tubing and a heat source are involved in working out optimal engine designs with trial and error.
