Conference Details CONFERENCE DETAILS Session Etiquette Please conclude all visiting and return to your seats when the music starts at the beginning of each session. Except for bottled water, food and beverages are not allowed in the seating area. Please turn all cell phones to vibrate or off. Please do not leave personal items in the meeting areas overnight. Any items left will be placed in the Lost & Found located in the Lobby of the Northwoods Conference Center. Nursing Mothers Room A Nursing Mothers Room is located below the Lobby for mothers with nursing infants only. MEALS GUESTS ON CAMPUS Breakfast: 7:30AM 9:00AM Lunch: 12:00PM 1:00PM Dinner: 5:00PM 6:00PM Please be punctual to meals. Meet new friends while you wait in line. Meals purchased at the door may be available at an increased rate. HOUSING Check-out time will be extended to 2:00PM, Saturday, September 1. Lost & Found If you are missing something, Lost & Found will be located in the Lobby of the Northwoods Conference Center. Lakefront The lakefront will be closed to all watercraft during sessions. No swimming is allowed at any time during the conference. With the advent of smartphones and digital cameras, capturing still and motion pictures as well as audio for personal use has never been easier. To avoid distractions and to protect the privacy of all of our conference attendees, speakers, and guests, please limit your shots to speakers and events taking place on the platform or to group shots with the permission of those being photographed. Authorized event photographers will be clearly identified. Unauthorized video or audio recording for retrieval of any type is not allowed at any time for any reason.
