FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR PRIME RIB JANUARY 2 FEBRUARY 6 MARCH Hey Mooses! I hope y all had a wonderful holiday season. I know I did. The Moose was busy too. We helped donate 500 lbs of food to the United Way during their toy drive here in December. They also collected 186 toys, and around $100 in cash! Way to help out! Speaking of donating...we re doing a Fund Raiser for Monticello Middle School kids January 30. There are so many kids going without essentials. We re going to hold a Benefit Dinner to raise funds, and collect clothing donations. I guess underwear for both boys and girls is really needed. Anyway, Diane Kasson is going to cook her Halibut Patties (these are extremely delicious by the way!), and she s going to serve those up for dinner January 30. We re holding a silent auction that night as well. You can even get up to $2 off your dinner price by donating 2 clothing items! Dinner is $14 (before discount), and starts at 5:30. Can t make it to the dinner?...you can still donate clothing or cash at the lodge beforehand. Don t forget our annual Chili Cook Off on January 18. The lodge will be open at 11 am, and judging will be around 1:00. We ll also have the playoff games on the big screens. Lastly...don t forget our Steak Night & Black Jack Tournament on the 3rd Friday of the month. See you here!
