GENERAL INFORMATION This conference will be held in the MG Nelson Family Auditorium at the Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation, 228 West Miller Street, Springfi eld, Illinois. For general information regarding the course, please call 217-545-7711. REGISTRATION Please complete the registration form and return it with the appropriate fee. Registration the day of the conference begins at 8:30 am, and the conference convenes at 9:00. Registration fee includes meals, breaks and conference materials. CANCELLATION POLICY Registration fees are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, if requested prior to November 9. After November 9, only substitutions are allowed. (Advance notice of substitute attendee is appreciated.)
