osition Description urpose of the role : To provide leadership within the Rehabilitation hysiotherapy (T) Team by demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical practice. To provide a patient centred, evidenced-based approach to the assessment, management and treatment of a range of physical impairments within an interdisciplinary team framework. To demonstrate leadership in the following areas of expertise to support service development, as agreed with the Team Leader and T rofessional and Clinical Leader: Clinical Supervision roject or service improvement activity Training and education Supervision of students, mentorship of other Ts rofessional development activity, e.g. development of best practice guidelines and models Other specialist clinical resources as required by the team The clinical service is provided across in-patient wards.
