Notes to keep in mind: All classes are held at the Northshore Health and Wellness Building unless otherwise noted in the class description All Participants must be Pre-Registered for classes and activities to ensure appropriate staffing and materials. When a class is full, a Wait List will be opened. You will be contacted if a spot opens up but it does not mean that a spot will open up. Wait Lists help the staff determine what classes should be increased in the upcoming sessions. Due to dietary, allergen, and behavioral concerns and restrictions please do not bring baked goods and other such treats without receiving approval from staff first everyone s safety and well being are our number one priority. Payment: DDA: All classes are able to be paid with Respite Hours. When you complete your 2019 Participation Form it asks for your case manager information. As soon as we have your case managers information, we take care of the billing, and copy you on the invoice when it gets sent so you know it s been taken care of! Private Pay: The Private Pay link can be found on our website, as well as the confirmation page of the Registration form. Payments can be made in full at the beginning, monthly as the session goes on, or invoiced at the end. Combination DDA and Private: We are happy to work with you to bill certain classes to DDA and other classes Privately. Speak with Nikkie to get the plan put together of what is going to be billed where! Scholarship: We never want the inability to pay to interfere with your ability to receive services. However, at this time, we do not have Scholarships available for all classes. Some instructors have offered a sliding scale of Scholarships, but not all have. Please speak with Nikkie about what options are available for you. If you are interested in paying towards Scholarships for others, please speak with Nikkie about what you are able to donate!
