The Northumberland County Courthouse, Administration Center and related County facilities will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2017 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. 7. CORRESPONDENCE: A. As of July 1, 2017, G4S Youth Services, LLC will officially be changing the company name to TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, LLC. 8. A MOTION IS NEEDED FOR THE COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN THE STATE TAX EQUALIZATION VOUCHER FOR TRANSFERS OF REAL ESTATE FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2017, AS SUBMITTED BY THE ASSESSMENT OFFICE. 9. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE EMPLOYEE S STATUS SHEET LIST OF NEW HIRES, INDIVIDUALS NO LONGER EMPLOYED, PROMOTIONS, DEMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS, AS ITEMS NUMBER 1 THROUGH 16. 10. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING REPORTS: A. Tax Claims Bureau reported a total of $406,602.10 collected in taxes for the period of July 8, 2017 through July 30, 2017. B. Monthly Fiscal Status Reports for June, 2017, as submitted by the Weatherization Department: 1. The Department of Energy (DOE) Report. 2. LIHEAP Cumulative Report. 11. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF $36,500.00 TO COLUMBIA COUNTY, ON BEHALF OF THE NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, AS REIMBURSEMENT OF 50% OF THE HAPPY VALLEY BRIDGE STUDY, FOR BRIDGES CONNECTING NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY TO COLUMBIA COUNTY OVER ROARING CREEK.

A MOTION IS NEEDED TO ACCEPT A PROPOSAL FROM K&S MUSIC, FOR THE FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW SOUND SYSTEM, IN THE COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC MEETING ROOM, AT A QUOTED PRICE OF $10,185.00. 13. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO RECOGNIZE THAT A REIMBURSEMENT CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,979.26 WAS RECEIVED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF COAL FROM PENNDOT. THIS CHECK REPRESENTS REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENDITURES ON PROJECTS RELATED TO THE ANTHRACITE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE AREA, PURSUANT TO CERTAIN GRANTS THROUGH THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND. AS THE NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY ANTHRACITE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE AREA AUTHORITY HAS PREVIOUSLY REIMBURSED THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND FOR ALL AMOUNTS SPENT IN EXCESS OF THE GRANT MONIES RECEIVED BY THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND, THE COUNTY HEREBY REQUESTS THAT THE TOWNSHIP OF COAL FORWARD THESE MONIES DIRECTLY TO THE NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY ANTHRACITE OUTDOOR ADVENTURE AREA AUTHORITY. 14. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO AUTHORIZE THE SELECTION OF PROJECTS FOR FFY 2017 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, ON BEHALF OF THE FOLLOWING MUNICIPALITIES: A. Delaware Township, Blue Ball Road Reclamation. B. Milton Borough, Curb Cuts 2017. C. Mount Carmel Borough, Slum/Blight Area and Demolition 2017. D. Ralpho Township, Elysburg Storm Water Channel Improvement Phase 2. 15. A MOTION IS NEEDED AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING SELECTION OF PROJECTS FOR THE NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY ENTITLEMENT PORTION OF THE FFY 2017 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, IN CONJUNCTION WITH SEDA-COG: A.
